I had a lot of trouble getting to the hotel due to ferry issues.But they were there when I arrived and cheerfully showed me my room and got me setted.Shannon was so cheerful, bubbly and helpful.The room was pleasant and comfortable and looked out on the harbor, so there were things to watch.It is about a 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal and downtown, so it is very convenient."Breakfast had a lot of standard things plus a menu to choose from.I would definitely recommend 27 Stornoway! - Linda W
We stayed a night on our way to the Outer Hebrides and found it so comfortable and friendly we booked for our return. The breakfast is outstanding and if you have to leave early a packed breakfast can be provided. Carl was an excellent host and made sure we were well cared for. Easy walking to the town and restaurants. - M
